Our spiritual guide leads us by our heart’s desires. We may not follow our heart’s desires because of our fears. Life is a test for us to listen to our heart’s desires and to obey the spirit. Our spiritual guide is G-d/Universe speaking to us. When we act upon our heart’s desires against our fears, we will find our life become much happier and a lot more fulfilling than ever before. How do we get from where we are to where we want to go is none of our business. It is G-d’s/Universe’s business. That is why we have been given a heart to listen and a mind to create.
Our heart’s desires are what brings us joy and when we follow what brings us joy, we will always have peace. The only way to be happy is to trust and obey our heart’s desires, to trust in our spirit and do what we really feel like doing. There is no other way. Our heart’s desire is G-d’s/Universe’s purpose for us. When we follow our heart, we are staying on purpose. When we do something out of love, we have all power in the universe to back us up. We should not judge what we are doing based on the outcome. As long as we feel in our heart that it is something we want to do, then that is where our spirit guide is leading us.
We are like a pilot flying a plane in the sky of life. As long as the skies are clear, we are able to see where we are going. But there are times when we run into dark clouds and we can’t see what is ahead of us. Our spirit knows the whole picture and is directing us to go through the clouds. We might resist and go a different direction instead because of fear, worry and insecurity. In other words, we doubt the spirit guide. But faith is to follow our heart’s desire even when we can’t see what is ahead of us because the future seems unclear and uncertain. We have to get out of our mind and into our heart. Walk by faith and not by sight.
When our motivation is set on G-d/Universe instead of money or results, we will find ourselves creating more than we ever did before. The energy, the inspiration and the creativity keeps flowing through us because we are now an open vessel. The more we surrender, the more we find pouring into our life. Our heart’s desires become more effective because we are now letting the spirit guide us. Results are not what motivate us because the work itself is its own fulfillment. We are operating from the realm of spirit which is the work of our heart. Be indifferent to the outcome.
We are always trying to stop something we do not want from happening, but the paradox of dissolving something is to stir it up instead. What we resist persists. As long as we resist it, the possibility of it happening will seek expression. The way to bring something to an end faster is to accelerate its progress. If it’s meant to be, it will continue to be, otherwise it will come to an end. The faster we find out, the faster we can be free of it. This is the enlightened way of dealing with anything that comes our way that we want to resolve faster. Don’t fight it, let G-d/Universe show us how it’s supposed to go. What’s ours is ours, nothing and no one can take it away from us.
Our spiritual guide also leads us in the timing to do something. We may have a certain desire to do something but then feel it is not the time to do it yet. The desire is there which means we may accomplish it in time to come. But at the moment we have something else that we want to do first. The thing that we want to do in the present is the one our spirit is leading us to engage in. This is how we decide between two desires to act upon. Follow our stronger heart’s desire in the present and we will never go wrong.
When G-d/Universe has purposed us to be with something, it will work on both sides, drawing us towards the thing we want and drawing the thing we want towards us. Know this is the way that G-d/Universe works we can rest assured that when G-d/Universe wants us to have something; it will also cause it to move to us. When we let go and trust that we do not need to hold on to something, it will hold on to it for us. The easiest and effortless way to get what we want is to communicate in vibrational harmony with it.
If we want to know whether a desire is coming from our spiritual guide instead of our ego, we can wait and see if it grows stronger or weaker over time. We may try to ignore certain desires or push them away, but they keep coming back time and time again. The more we try to escape, the more we find we cannot escape. We can pray to G-d/Universe to remove that desire if we are not meant to have it, but he will answer by making it stronger. That’s when we know it is our spiritual guide calling we to act upon and we have every right to move in that direction.
Even when we follow our heart’s desire, we may find that we are not getting the results that we want. Remember to stay on purpose and not on outcome. Continue taking action in the direction of our desire even though it seems that the outcome our actions are supposed to accomplish might not happen that way. Trust in the direction G-d/Universe is leading us and know that he has a wonderful plan that we are a part of. Always trust and follow our heart’s desires. As long as we are being true to ourselves while being unattached to the outcome, we are on the right track.
